Explore the history of cocktail making as well as learning about the three basic layers of any cocktail. Master the art of creating cocktails with shaking, stirring, straining and of course, drinking as you explore mixology ( the science of drink preparation). You will be guided by the Koh Team through three of the world’s most popular cocktails.
Begin with a tutorial and demonstration of how each cocktail is prepared
Then, give your hand a try as you concoct each drink under the direction of the master bartender
When you're finished experimenting, sample your new skills and enjoy a group tasting
