Koh was delighted to participate in this year’s Dublin Whiskey Live which was held last Saturday in The Mansion House. The event was attended by close to 1000 people and featured a huge range of whiskies from Ireland, Scotland, Japan and the USA. Koh was there to showcase Whiskey and food pairings, amongst which we served Koh Sticky Rice with Mango, matched with Alltech’s Pearse Lyons Reserve and Miang Kam with Sticky Pork, matched with Connemara Single Malt. Both pairings proved extremely popular and the whole day was a fantastic experience, a real treat for whiskey lovers everywhere.
