Our Whiskey Sour is very popular here in Koh and we have had a lot of people asking for the recipe so we have decided to share! Ingredients: 60ml Woodford Reserve 30ml fresh lime juice 20ml sugar syrup 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters 2 tsp cherry syrup 15ml egg white Pour all the ingredients into the cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously, add some ice, shake again. Double strain it into the pre-chilled ‘Sour’ glasses. Garnish with cherry and lime. Sit back and enjoy!
