Okay, we’re boasting just a little – because we know it’s true.

Two vital ingredients go into every original Koh cocktail.

Passion and love.

Nobody knows this better than our own cocktail maestro Josko Babic.

For 15 years, making great cocktails has been Josko’s passion. In that time he has created literally hundreds of new cocktail recipes. And he has put his own distinctive stamp on many of the great classics.

The cool and classic cocktail bar is the heart of Koh in Dublin.

Our range of over 300 spirits and liqueurs – including many rare and specialist labels – is second to none.

Only the freshest ingredients go into our cocktails. All our citrus juices are squeezed on the day. Our syrups and cordials are made in-house. Our purees are freshly made daily.

Some of our cocktails are served with our own dried fruit which we dehydrate overnight in beautiful big glass jars displayed on the bar counter.

Since we opened in 2008, with input from our regular customers, we have become ever more creative in our cocktail making.

Our cocktail menu is made up entirely of Koh originals. We like to offer cocktail lovers something a little special that they won’t find elsewhere.

However, if you prefer a classic cocktail like a Manhattan or Negroni – no problem!
