We believe that a great bar is like a theatre stage. Ireland is renowned throughout the world for its great theatrical tradition. Stories are told and happy experiences are recalled. All of our cocktails have their own individual story. It might be about where the cocktail ingredients come from. Or maybe a particular cocktail evokes the memory of a cherished holiday. A cocktail’s special story gives it its own unique personality. And we love to share these stories with our customers.
