Our emphasis in Koh is on cocktail making. We have always relished the art of preparing mixed drinks and fine spirits and, with the input of our patrons, we have become even more knowledgeable and involved in our art of cocktail making. We have been inspired to set a benchmark in the quality cocktail making of classic and forgotten drinks as well as new Koh creations. We use the finest spirits, liqueurs and bitters to create our drinks. All our citrus juices are freshly squeezed every day because drinks taste better and fresher that way.
